This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers may cancel orders, request returns, or claim refunds. 1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order under the following conditions:
**Before Dispatch:** Orders can be cancelled if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been processed or shipped.
**How to Cancel:** Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sales@onyxsiri.com or by contacting our support team at +91-91543 91453, quoting the order reference number.
**After Dispatch:** Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers must follow the return procedure outlined below if eligible.
2. Return and Replacement Policy
We accept returns or replacement requests only in the following scenarios:
- The product delivered is damaged or defective upon receipt
- The product received is incorrect or not as per the confirmed order
- The shipment is incomplete or missing essential components/accessories
**Conditions for Returns:**
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
- A detailed inspection, potentially involving human-AI assisted checks, will be conducted before approving the return or replacement.
- Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by improper handling, installation errors, or misuse by the customer.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our quality assurance team.
- The refund will be processed through the original method of payment or as per mutual agreement.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.
- Any shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Products

- Items damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or negligence
