ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care & Operations Coordinator to act as the central point of contact between customers, internal teams, and logistics. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication, efficient order processing, and high-quality service delivery in our solar B2B operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage customer enquiries and provide timely responses
  2. Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for order processing
  3. Handle sales support and assist in operations workflow
  4. Track and manage follow-ups with clients and partners
  5. Ensure smooth communication (inbound & outbound)
  6. Support post-sales activities and service requests
  7. Maintain records of orders, solutions, and service updates

ROLE FUNCTION

You will act as the bridge between customers and operations, handling:

  1. Order Management
  2. Customer Solutions
  3. Service Coordination

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Experience: 1–3 years in customer support / sales operations (Solar/Electrical preferred)
  • Strong coordination and communication skills

SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi
  2. Hands-on experience with MS Excel
  3. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business communication
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  2. Drive B2B sales and business growth across industrial and commercial sectors
  3. Promote and educate clients about solar modules and inverter solutions
  4. Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
