ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care & Operations Coordinator to act as the central point of contact between customers, internal teams, and logistics. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication, efficient order processing, and high-quality service delivery in our solar B2B operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer enquiries and provide timely responses
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for order processing
- Handle sales support and assist in operations workflow
- Track and manage follow-ups with clients and partners
- Ensure smooth communication (inbound & outbound)
- Support post-sales activities and service requests
- Maintain records of orders, solutions, and service updates
ROLE FUNCTION
You will act as the bridge between customers and operations, handling:
- Order Management
- Customer Solutions
- Service Coordination
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer support / sales operations (Solar/Electrical preferred)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
